Be noticeably more reliable.

Find a way to cope marginally better during stressful situations.

You don’t have to be dramatically different from everyone else, just comparatively so.

It’s not always the massive moments that will help you to stand out from the crowd, but the dozens, if not hundreds, of incremental steps that you take.
