I hope that yesterday, or last week, was a successful one for you.

I hope that you were able to tick some boxes, kick some goals and maintain a positive attitude throughout.

There is, of course, the possibility that it stunk.

You may have felt like a failure, that you didn’t achieve anything, that you are falling apart.

Well, that’s all done now and you can’t change the past.

But, what about the sequel?

What about today?

Yesterday may have been brilliant, but if the sequel bombs, that’s all that people will remember.

Alternatively, last week may have been diabolical, but today you get to start again, to get back on track, to deliver something remarkable.

Don’t bask in the glory, or wallow in the shame of your past.
