If you notice someone having a bad day, don’t just ignore them.

Find a way to make it better.

Listen.

Smile.

Encourage.

Be there.

Engage.

Buy them a coffee.

Send them a note.

Show them how much they are valued and respected.

We all have bad days and we all need someone to help us out of that rut before it becomes a bad week or a bad month.

And chances are, we’ll need someone to be there for us as well in the future.
