You can withstand pain.

You can build your resilience.

You can keep going when it gets tough.

You may need to change your mindset.

You may need to experience discomfort so that you can grow a thicker skin.

You may need to push yourself further than you have before.

But you can do it.

And don’t try to convince yourself otherwise.
